- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- For the Filling:
- 2 packages (14 oz each) beef little smokies
- 1/2 cup beef bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Chop beef bacon into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, barbecue sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add beef little smokies and chopped beef bacon, mixing until well-coated.
- Transfer to a slow cooker or pot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or simmer for 45 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
