This Slow Cooker Christmas Jam is a magical blend of strawberries, cranberries, pineapple, and warm holiday spices cooked low and slow for the easiest festive treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups strawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (1.75 oz) box powdered fruit pectin
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 4 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Place chopped strawberries, cranberries, and crushed pineapple (with juice) into a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Stir in cinnamon, cloves, and lemon juice.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until berries burst and mixture softens.
- Use an immersion blender or potato masher to reach your desired consistency.
- Stir in the pectin and sugar. Cook uncovered for 30–45 minutes until thickened.
- Ladle hot jam into clean mason jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. Seal.
- Let jars cool fully before refrigerating or freezing.
