- 3 cups rice krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the rice krispies cereal until well coated.
- Scoop the mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into balls.
- Place the graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Roll the rice krispie treat balls in the crumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled s’more rolled rice krispie treats.
- Serve and enjoy!
