- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened for easy blending)
- 1 pkg Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers (melt carefully)
- 6 pcs Mini Oreos (used for hats)
- 6 pcs Dark Chocolate Rolo Candy (top of the hat)
- 1 cup Holly and Snowman Sprinkle Mix (for facial features)
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Surface by lining a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Crush the Oreo cookies finely using a food processor until they resemble sand.
- Mix the softened cream cheese into the crushed Oreos until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into evenly sized balls using a cookie scoop, about an inch in diameter.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Make snowman hats by melting Ghirardelli white wafers and securing a mini Oreo half on top of a Rolo candy.
- Dip the chilled snowman balls into the melted white chocolate until fully coated.
- Decorate before the chocolate sets, adding sprinkles for facial features and attaching the chocolate hats.
- Let the decorated balls sit at room temperature to set completely.
