- 1 cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 medium Banana (sliced for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pudding mix.
- In a larger bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy for 2-3 minutes.
- Beat in egg, followed by mashed bananas and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Optionally fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded mounds of dough onto the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar, serve warm with whipped cream and banana slices.
