Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  3. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled browned butter with light brown sugar and whisk until smooth. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, and grated orange zest, stirring to combine.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula until just combined. Incorporate chopped white chocolate and dried cranberries evenly.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 18–22 minutes until set and golden. Avoid overbaking.
