Delicious Strawberry Brownies-Fudgy & Fruity Treat
Ingredients

- 1 box strawberry cake mix with pudding in the mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons strawberry preserves
- 1 ½ tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined. The mixture will be thick.
- Gently press the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, milk, and optional cream cheese until smooth and drizzly.
- Dollop the strawberry swirl mixture over the brownie batter and gently swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting.
