Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
 - 1/4 cup strawberry powder or freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
 - 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
 - 2–3 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, and strawberry powder. Mix well.
 - Add the softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons of milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and salt to the dry ingredients.
 - Stir everything together until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon of milk. If it’s too sticky, add a little more protein powder or oats.
 - Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. These are your strawberry cheesecake protein balls.
 - Place the strawberry cheesecake protein balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
