- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Spinach (Optional)
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine ground beef, ground Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach in a separate bowl to create the cheese filling.
- Flatten the meat mixture on parchment and spread the cheese filling, rolling it up tightly.
- Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
