- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend pitted Medjool dates in a food processor until sticky.
- In a bowl, mix tahini, cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, baking soda, and salt with the date puree until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are firm but the center remains soft.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
