- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste.)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (Adjust to taste.)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Lime juice can be used instead.)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Whisk together the marinade by combining olive oil, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Marinate the salmon fillets by placing them in the greased baking dish and pouring the marinade over them. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes.
- Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish the baked salmon with freshly chopped parsley right before serving.
