  • 10 slices Turkey Breast (Substitute with chicken breast if needed)
  • 1 ball Cheese Ball (Any soft cheese spread can be used)
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach (Arugula or mixed greens can be used as alternatives)
  • 1 cup Blackberries (Raspberries can be used instead)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Cubes (Any hard cheese will work)
  • 4 whole Mini Bell Peppers (Regular bell peppers can be used)
  • 1 cup Pepperoni (Substitute with other deli meats)
  • 1 cup Raspberries (Strawberries can be used instead)
  • 6 triangles Garlic Herb Cheese Triangles (Laughing Cow) (Any flavored soft cheese can be used)
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese (Substitute with mild cheese for less heat)
  • 1 cup Cashews (Peanuts can be used as a less expensive alternative)
  • 1 cup Pistachios (Any nut can be utilized)
  • 2 tablespoons Peppercorns (Black olives could serve as a substitute)
  • 1 box Assorted Crackers (Any preferred crackers will suffice)
  • 1 cup Dried Fruits (Apricots or figs for variety)
  • 1 jar Honey or Jam (Choose seasonal varieties)
  • 1 bunch Herbs (Fresh rosemary or thyme can elevate presentation)

Instructions

  1. Create Salami Roses by rolling a piece of salami in half and securing with a toothpick. Repeat for four pieces and arrange them on one side of the platter.
  2. Fold slices of turkey breast like an accordion, secure with toothpicks, and position prominently on the platter.
  3. Place the cheese ball in the center of the platter, or use a halved pear as an alternative.
  4. Arrange salami roses in an arc around the cheese ball or pear to enhance the visual likeness of a turkey.
  5. Layer fresh spinach leaves at the bottom of your tray for a vibrant green backdrop.
  6. Scatter blackberries around the salami roses and cheddar cheese cubes in the same arc shape.
  7. Place the folded turkey and remaining salami above the cheese cubes to enrich layers.
  8. Slice mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and arrange them above the turkey meat.
  9. Continue placing pepperoni slices around the edge of the tray.
  10. Line assorted crackers along the top of the platter for finishing touches.
  11. Fill in sides with fresh raspberries and place cheese triangles in the center.
  12. Cut pepper jack cheese into quarters and place above the cracker arrangement, sprinkle cashews and pistachios throughout the board.
