- 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese (Substitute with mild cheese for less heat)
- 1 cup Cashews (Peanuts can be used as a less expensive alternative)
- 1 cup Pistachios (Any nut can be utilized)
- 2 tablespoons Peppercorns (Black olives could serve as a substitute)
- 1 box Assorted Crackers (Any preferred crackers will suffice)
- 1 cup Dried Fruits (Apricots or figs for variety)
- 1 jar Honey or Jam (Choose seasonal varieties)
- 1 bunch Herbs (Fresh rosemary or thyme can elevate presentation)
Instructions
- Create Salami Roses by rolling a piece of salami in half and securing with a toothpick. Repeat for four pieces and arrange them on one side of the platter.
- Fold slices of turkey breast like an accordion, secure with toothpicks, and position prominently on the platter.
- Place the cheese ball in the center of the platter, or use a halved pear as an alternative.
- Arrange salami roses in an arc around the cheese ball or pear to enhance the visual likeness of a turkey.
- Layer fresh spinach leaves at the bottom of your tray for a vibrant green backdrop.
- Scatter blackberries around the salami roses and cheddar cheese cubes in the same arc shape.
- Place the folded turkey and remaining salami above the cheese cubes to enrich layers.
- Slice mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and arrange them above the turkey meat.
- Continue placing pepperoni slices around the edge of the tray.
- Line assorted crackers along the top of the platter for finishing touches.
