  • 16 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped (or 2 cups of milk chocolate chips)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package marshmallows (approximately 1012 ounces)
  • 2 sleeves of Graham crackers
  • Optional: Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 425°F.
  2. Place a 10-inch skillet on the hot grill and swirl the butter until melted.
  3. Add the chopped milk chocolate and heavy cream to the skillet, then let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Return the skillet to the grill and stir the mixture until smooth.
  5. Spread the marshmallows over the chocolate mixture. Close the grill lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet carefully from the grill. Serve warm with graham crackers or Oreo cookies.
