- 2 tablespoons butter
- 16 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped (or 2 cups of milk chocolate chips)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 package marshmallows (approximately 10–12 ounces)
- 2 sleeves of Graham crackers
- Optional: Oreo cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your pellet grill to 425°F.
- Place a 10-inch skillet on the hot grill and swirl the butter until melted.
- Add the chopped milk chocolate and heavy cream to the skillet, then let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Return the skillet to the grill and stir the mixture until smooth.
- Spread the marshmallows over the chocolate mixture. Close the grill lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the skillet carefully from the grill. Serve warm with graham crackers or Oreo cookies.
- Stir the melted marshmallows into the chocolate base for a gooey filling before serving.
