- 9 lasagna noodles (oven-ready)
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 4 cups fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning during the last few minutes.
- Stir in chopped spinach until wilted; set aside.
- Layer marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the turkey-spinach mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
- Finish with noodles topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- This lasagna can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- You can substitute ground turkey with ground beef or chicken if desired.
