Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Ube halaya (The star ingredient!)
  • 4 oz Cream cheese (Softened)
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 cup Crushed graham crackers (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature or microwave it for 10–15 seconds.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ube halaya, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Add rolled oats and your choice of milk, stirring until combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into jars, cover tightly, and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top and enjoy. Drizzle with honey if desired.
