- ¼ cup lite soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons gochujang chili paste concentrate
- 2 tablespoons honey (or 100% pure maple syrup)
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon paste
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 14 ounces lite coconut milk
- 16 to 24 ounces dumplings or potstickers
- chili crisp (topping to taste)
- scallions (chopped for garnish)
- sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, tahini, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon paste, and salt in a 9×13-inch pan.
- Pour in the coconut milk and whisk to combine.
- Add the dumplings or potstickers to the baking pan and toss gently to coat with the sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with chili crisp to taste, then sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy plain or over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use Mother In Law’s brand for gochujang.
- Adjust the amount of chili crisp based on your heat preference.
