Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lite soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons gochujang chili paste concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or 100% pure maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon paste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 14 ounces lite coconut milk
  • 16 to 24 ounces dumplings or potstickers
  • chili crisp (topping to taste)
  • scallions (chopped for garnish)
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  2. Whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, tahini, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, lemon paste, and salt in a 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk and whisk to combine.
  4. Add the dumplings or potstickers to the baking pan and toss gently to coat with the sauce.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with chili crisp to taste, then sprinkle with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy plain or over rice or noodles.

  • Use Mother In Law’s brand for gochujang.
