Delicious White Ravioli Casserole for Cozy Nights
Ingredients

- 24 oz Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- 1 cup Pre-cooked Sausage Crumbles
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 15 oz Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread 1-2 spoonfuls of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce, sprinkle with half the spinach and sausage, drizzle with more Alfredo sauce and cracked black pepper.
- Continue layering with the remaining ravioli, spinach, and sausage, pour additional Alfredo sauce on top.
- Add a final layer of ravioli, cover with Alfredo sauce, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top with more black pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are golden and center is bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Consider substituting spinach with kale or mixed vegetables.
- Pecorino Romano can replace Parmesan cheese.
- Monterey Jack can be used instead of Mozzarella cheese.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
