Our creamy, zesty Cilantro Lime Sauce is perfect for tacos, chicken, seafood, salads, and burrito bowls. It’s fresh, quick, and packed with flavor!
Ingredients

- ½ cup cilantro (finely chopped – leaves and stems)
- ¾ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- ½ tsp lime zest
- 3 tbs lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbs garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Rinse and dry cilantro before placing on a cutting board.
- Roughly chop the cilantro. Make sure to chop the stems so they don’t wrap around the blender blades.
- Add cilantro, sour cream, lime zest, garlic, sea salt, cumin, and lime juice to a small bowl.
- Using an immersion blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to give the flavors of sauce time to meld.
- Serve over your favorite grilled meats, tacos, or salads.
